Robert "Bob" Franklin Winingar

Robert Franklin Winingar of Richmond, MO died Tuesday March 10, 2015.

Bob was born February 12, 1946 to Noah Celesbury and Ellen Louise (Bryan)Winingar who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Marion Winingar and Alvin Proffitt.

Bob is survived by 4 children, 3 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren; one sister, Janet Green of Richmond MO; one brother, Donald Winingar of McDavid Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bob was a member of the South view Baptist Church in Lincoln, NE. He was a 1964 graduate of Richmond High School. He was United States Army Veteran of the Viet Nam War. Bob served 20 ½ years in the military before retiring on May 1, 1986 as a SFC E-7. He had lived in Ray County area most of his life.

Memorial graveside services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO. On line condolences may be left on our website at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com
