Robert Milton Goodale, 55, of Richmond, died Friday, July 5, 2019 at North Kansas City Hospital.

Robert was born on June 8, 1964 in Kansas City, the son of James Robert and Kathleen Gail (Cox) Goodale.

Survivors include: his Father, James Robert Goodale of Richmond; one Son, Caleb Thomas Goodale of Richmond; one Sister, Gretchen Hayward and her husband James of Richmond; one Nephew, Dakota Hayward of Richmond; and one Aunt, Nancy Rye of Kansas City.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother.

Robert grew up and was educated in Richmond, having graduated from Richmond High School. He is a veteran of the United States Navy where he proudly served his country. Robert worked for Price Candy in Richmond and Lake City Arsenal.  He enjoyed everything to do with cars including working on them, going to car shows, hotrods, and racing.  He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

The family suggest memorial contribution be made to the American Cancer Society.  They may be dropped off or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 East Main Street - P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO 64085.
