ROGER W. MILLIGAN

Roger W. Milligan, 65, of Braymer, MO, died at 5:10 p.m., Sunday, May 2, 2010, at North Kansas City Hospital, North Kansas City, MO.
Roger was born June 25, 1944 in Braymer to Otis and Armelda (Rogers) Milligan.
Survivors include one son, Roger D. Milligan of Bowling Green, MO; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Karen and Jeff Ferguson of Holt's Summit, MO, Marsha and Jay Garrison of Louisiana, MO, Penny and Joe Wekamp of Wichita, KS, and Nancy McLaughlin of Atlanta, GA; one step-son, Jeff Petree and his wife, Kathy of Braymer; and one step-daughter, Mitzi Coats and her husband, Clint of Bowling Green; one sister, Imogene Milligan of Norborne, MO; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Roger was a 1961 graduate of Stet High School. He was a lifelong farmer. He lived in the Braymer area all of his life. He was a member of the Richmond RLDS Church. He was a Missouri licensed Auctioneer and an avid bowler.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the New Hope Cemetery.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 7, at 1:30 p.m. at the New Hope Methodist Church, north of Hardin, MO. Visitation will be Thursday, May 6, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery, north of Hardin, MO. Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO is in charge of the arrangements.
