Russell Ray Smith, 68, of Richmond, died Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond.
Russell was born on June 3, 1953, in Lee's Summit, the son of Porter S. and Hazel Mae (Kagarice) Smith.
