Steven E. Osborne, 58, of Richmond, MO died Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at his home in Richmond.

Steve was born on May 21, 1960 in Missouri.  He was one of seven children born to Emory Glen and Josephine Edna Marie (Milburn) Osborne.  Steve was an avid pool player, a legendary story teller, and a friend to many.  Steve primarily worked in landscaping and asphalt, but he was also known to help his friends and family with just about anything.  Steve was unassuming, witty, and his infectious laughter put everyone at ease.

Steve is survived by one son, Joseph Osborne of Polo, MO; one daughter, Mindy Osborne of Cemeron, MO; three brothers, Alan Osborne of Excelsior Springs, MO, Mark Osborne of Kansas City, MO, Jonathan Osborne and his wife Bobbi of Excelsior Springs, MO; two sisters, Linda Tait of Blackwood, NJ and Shelia French and her husband Bill of Richmond; his beloved nieces and nephews; his best friend Danny Folsom; and his dog Big A.  Steve was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jack Osborne.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond.  Inurnment will be at a later date by the family.  On line condolences may be left to the family at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com.
