Steve was raised and educated in Richmond. He worked as a butcher for Harold's in Richmond and later for Walmart, where he took pride in his craft and enjoyed connecting with customers. His creativity turned ordinary materials into extraordinary pieces. When he wasn't bringing his artistic visions to life, he loved riding his four-wheeler, often joined by family and friends. Some of his happiest moments were spent with his grandson, Waylon.
