Tracey Dawn Isom, 54, of Carrollton, died on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at her home.

Tracey was born on August 14, 1963 in Richmond, to John R. and Judy M. (Leyda) Wheeler.

Survivors include; her parents, John R. and Judy Wheeler of Hardin; three sons from her first marriage; Brandon Charlons of Lexington, Matthew Charlons of Lexington and Jon Charlons and his wife, Alex of Hardin; two children by her second marriage, Seth Webb of Lexington and Lauryn Webb of Lexington; husband, John Isom; step-daughter, Alix Isom of Norborne; one brother and sister-in-law, John R. "Skip" and Audri Wheeler of Hardin; one sister and brother-in-law, Misti and Ron "Boo" Cole of Hardin; four grandchildren, Alaina Charlons, Lakelyn Webb, Roman Charlons and Cash Webb; several nieces and one nephew.

Tracey was a 1980 graduate of the Hardin High School.  She was a Registered Nurse and worked all her life in the health care field helping others.  She was a member of the Hardin First Baptist Church, where she enjoyed playing the piano for Sunday services while still in High School and several years afterwards. Tracey enjoyed going antiquing, camping and refurnishing furniture and decorating her homes. Tracey loved going to her kid's ball games and activities.  She was all about her family.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Hardin First Baptist Church.

Visitation and funeral services for Tracey will be held on Friday, May 25, with visitation starting at 1 pm and funeral services at 2 p.m. at the Hardin First Baptist Church.  Burial to follow church services in Wakenda Cemetery, north of Hardin.  Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond is caring for Tracey and her family.  On line condolences may be left at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com
