WILLIAM E. "BILL" WRIGHT

William E. "Bill" Wright, 83, of Richmond, MO died Sunday, May 11, 2014 at his home.
Bill was born on March 4, 1931 in Camden, MO to Charles E. and Caroline C. (Essex) Wright. He married Mary K. Cravens of Camden on July 4, 1959; she survives of the home.
Bill is also survived by one daughter, Kimberly Wright Anderson of Olathe, KS.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by four brothers, Virgil Wright, Robert Wright, Ralph Wright and Don Wright; and three sisters, Hazel Duffett, Ruth Smith and Lillian Culpepper.
Bill was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War. He worked for General Motors in the material/audit department for 35 years before retiring in 1990. He was a member of the U.A.W. Union Local #93. He was also a member of the American Legion. He had lived in Richmond most of his life. Bill was a member of the Camden Baptist Church. He loved to fish.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to North Care Hospice.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond.
