William James "Billy" Moss, 52, of Richmond, died Thursday, February 17, 2022, in Henrietta.

Billy was born on December 16, 1969, in Pontiac, Michigan.

Survivors include: wife of 30 plus years, Stephanie Moss; son Jimmy (Rachel) Moss; mother, Jacalyn Moss; cousin, Carla (Greg) Feamster; and many friends.

Billy was a loving son, husband, father and friend. Billy was a jack of all trades but worked as a self-employed Licensed Plumber where he was loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
