WILLIAM RAY "BILL" BOWLES

William Ray "Bill" Bowles, 71, of Hardin, MO died Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at North Kansas City Hospital in North Kansas City, MO.
Bill was born on January 26, 1944 in the Rockingham Community to Warren and Betty (Minnick) Bowles. He married Deanne Wilson of Norborne, MO on July 25. 1971. She survives of the home.
Additional survivors include one son, Bruce Bowles of Parsons, KS; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Lesli and David Starr of Milliken, CO and Tracey and Jay Sims of Holton, KS; two brothers and two sisters-in-laws, Ed and Nancy Bowles of Richmond, MO and Gary and Joyce Bowles of Richmond; one sister, Glenda Bowles of Lexington, MO; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Bill was a truck driver for Welco Manufacturing in North Kansas City for several years. He was a member of the Rockingham Church of the Brethren. He was a lifelong Ray County resident.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the C.O.P.D. Foundation.
